I had called Surprise too and they wanted $7k over MSRP. Ended up getting mine from AutoNation in Chandler for $4k over.

Sounds like dealer collusion haha. Either way I was ok with $4k over, brings a smile to my face every day so far so it's worth it. They also gave me all weather mats from a regular Civic and a free oil change.
